I arrived at 11 am and they were already sold out on all their food except for the beef stew, so I bought the beef stew with once scoop of rice and macaroni salad and green salad, which came to $11. The server was very nice in explaining about what she got left and she gave so much that I was barely able to finish and the food was very good. This is a definitely a hidden cheap eats gem in Waipahu.

I came towards the ending of her food being sold out but she still served me whatever she had and she packed it up!!! Never knew this place existed until a friend of mines mentioned the place on instagram I had to come out and try her food and see what the hype was about! She definitely did not disappoint me!!! It was bomb!

One of our Favorite Places. What's cool is each day, there is a different Menu. Example; Thursday.. TURKEY & fixings Friday Hawaiian. Go early call in order sale out fast. Also Catering.

Scoopers has been around for 20 plus years they are known best by their loyal customers in the neighborhood that work at commercial company’s near by. The food great not to salty and great price for the portions they scoop! Living up to their brand. They offer 5 different plates based on the day. I personally love their beef curry on Tuesdays

If your looking for local plate lunch but affordable, this is the place. They have a food truck that comes to mililani tech park 10am-2pm close by kk distributors, not sure what days they come. They only take cash at the truck as a heads up. The cook, he's really nice and is very generous when packing the plates, sometimes the menu is not big, they'll only have 1 or 2 plates available but not the case all the time.

Really great tasting homemade food at an affordable price. Plates come with a tasty homemade dessert and canned drink. Such a deal! Great family owned business and owners. Definitely try them out and see for yourselves
